ALL RATES ARE PER ROOM, PER NIGHT.
RATES INCLUDE 17.5% VAT.

For lastminute and Advance Rate Offer the Hotel will charge full amount on your credit card in advance, there is No Refund in case of cancellation and bookings are Not Exchangeable.

When making a lastminute or an advance Rate Offer booking you agree with terms and conditions above and authorise City Hotel to charge the full amount for the reservation on your credit card

DESCRIPTION:

Last Minute and 10 days advance booking required. Non refundable deposit applies. Full amount of the stay is charged to your credit card between time of booking and day of arrival and is non refundable, non exchangeable and non cancellable.

RULES:

- MUST BOOK AT LEAST IN ADVANCE.
- CHECK-IN TIME: 02:00 PM
- CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

DEPOSIT RULES:

A deposit for the total value of the booking is due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INTERNET RATE BOOKING:

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date.
The Hotel will charge one night per room in case of a No Show or Late Cancellation.

This cancellation is not valid for lastminute or advance rate bookings.

Please be informed that we have to make the pre-authorization of one night staying on the credit card you will kindly provided us. We do not charge your credit card and the payment for accommodation is to be made upon arrival. Please note once arrived at the hotel any amendment or cancellation of the reservation will require 48 hours notice. Otherwise one night room rental will be charge. We accept all major credit cards. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period (48 hours prior to arrival), your credit card will be charged for 1 night. Full details of your credit card including security code must be given at the time of your booking. If for any reason your credit card is not authorise, we will inform you by email. You must reply by email with your correct credit card details within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS:

For more than 5 rooms booked as a group booking different cancellation policy will apply. Up to 10 rooms, 10 days cancellation policy, 2pm prior arrival date. Between 10 and 15 rooms, 2 weeks cancellation policy, 2pm prior arrival date. More than 15 rooms, 1 month cancellation policy. All Non-arrivals and late cancellation are subject to 1 night's room rental being charged on the credit card.
